After each learner submits their assignment, an alert is automatically triggered. To access a learner's submission, click on the alerts icon (1) and, from the alerts feed, click on an alert summary (2).
On the "Alerts" page, click on an alert (3) to go to the specific learner's submission.
On the "Grade submission" modal window, go to the "User response" (4) tab to view the learner's answer, uploaded files and time of submission.
Then, go to the "Grade" (5) tab, pick a "Status" (6) from the drop-down menu (choose among "Incomplete", "Passed", "Failed" and "Pending"), enter your grade in the "Score" field (7) and leave your personal feedback (8) to the learner. To complete grading the assignment, click on the "Grade submission" (9) button.
You can also access the assignment submissions from the Course’s "Dashboard" page. Click on "Add Content" (1) and, from the drop-down menu, pick "Go to Assignments" (2).
On the Course's "Assignments" page, click on an assignment (3).
On the assignment's page, go to the "Submissions" (4) tab.
On the "Operations" column, click on the "pencil" icon (5) to view and grade the submission as described above. From this page, you can also "Download all submissions" in a ZIP folder (6), download the submissions list in a CSV format (7), contact each learner by email (8), and remove a submission (9) from the list.
