Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue with Dutch translations in custom reports.
• Fixed an issue where uploaded or copied files whose names start with a 10-digit number had that number stripped from the name.
• Fixed an issue where user names containing an apostrophe were displayed with extra characters (e.g. ') on the user's page.
• Fixed an issue where H5P library installation reported success for packages that contain no libraries (such as "Reuse" downloads from h5p.org). It now shows an error asking for a full H5P export.
• Fixed an issue where the Update option on the H5P libraries page did not update already installed libraries.
• Fixed an issue where users imported via CSV without a specified profile language defaulted to English instead of their branch's language or the system's default language.
• Fixed an issue where training time was not recorded on some newly created portals.
