The new user interface (UI) currently includes changes in the Courses list, Users list, Courses to Users list, and Users to Courses list. More UI changes will be added in the future. By switching to the new UI, the Courses list will offer more options when exporting, the ability to customize columns in a list view, as well as the sidebar for the administrator, instructor, and learner user.
To switch to the new UI:
- Sign in as an Administrator.
- Go to “System Settings” (1).
- Select “Try new UI” (2). You can see what is included in the new UI here (3). Click “Enable” (4).
- Now that the new UI option is active, expand the top-right drop-down menu (5) and select “Try new UI” (6).
Disable the new UI
- Sign in as an Administrator.
- Click on “Disable new UI” (1) in the sidebar to disable the new UI for your user.
- If you want to disable the new UI system-wide, go to “System Settings” (2).
- Select “Try new UI” (3) and then choose “Disable” (4).
