If you have accidentally deleted a course file or can’t locate it anymore, there are a few ways to recover it, depending on the situation.
- Restoring course units. If you’ve accidentally deleted an entire course unit (lesson), you may be able to restore it directly. Please refer to our article: How to restore a deleted User/Course/Lesson
- Requesting a file restoration
If the deleted content involves a course file that you cannot re-upload yourself, our team may be able to restore it for you from our system backups.
| Note: We retain daily backups for a 30-day period. If you require file recovery, reach out to us as soon as possible. After the 30-day window, it’s not possible to retrieve deleted files from backup. |
