As a general portal Administrator, you have the option to set a limit to the number of users in each branch. To do that, pick a branch (1) from the Branches page, go to the "Settings" tab (2) and, from the drop-down menu, choose "Options" (3).
On the "Options" page there are two fields for setting a limit to the branch's users:
- "Registered users limit" (4): Here, you can set the total number of users allowed to be registered in this branch and its sub-branches. When left blank, there is no limit set.
- "Concurrent users limit" (5): Here, you can set the total number of users allowed to be logged in to the branch and its sub-branches at the same time. When left blank, there is no limit set.
Note: When you set a limit to a sub-branch that is higher than the respective limit of its parent branch, the system applies the first one it comes across. For example, when the limit to concurrent users is 5 for the parent branch and 10 for a specific sub-branch, the system would allow 10 users for that sub-branch, but 5 users for the parent branch and all the other sub-branches.
