Creating quality content for your Learning Management System can be quite challenging, not to mention time- and money-consuming. Sometimes, it makes more sense to just use prefabricated content in your lessons. Still, searching for the right material can be tedious. Not with eFront.

eFront lets you integrate your system with the OpenSesame repository to search for the best available content directly from within your portal.

What is OpenSesame

In the words of the OpenSesame creators: "Our primary goal at OpenSesame is to make finding, and purchasing eLearning courses simple and affordable. Customize your online training search to best meet your needs – filter by course length, price or features. Preview courses before you buy. Receive personalized course recommendations through our Course Concierge service."

Setting up your integration

Sign in to your eFront account as Administrator.

Go to Home > System settings.

Click Integrations and go to the OpenSesame (1) tab.

Check Enable Open Sesame (2). In the respective fields, type the Base Endpoint, the API Key and the Secret Key (3) our support service has provided you.

Then, return to Home and click Courses.

On the Courses page, there's a new Add from marketplace (4) button available. Click it to be taken to the OpenSesame marketplace.
