OpenSesame offers a seamless integration with eFront that allows you to import and manage courses directly through your eFront portal, saving time and avoiding manual uploads.

Before you proceed with sending courses from OpenSesame make sure to first activate the integration, as described here How to enable the integration with OpenSesame.

Send courses from OpenSesame

1. Log in to the administrator account that contains your course licenses on OpenSesame.
2. Go to My Lists (1) from the top navigation bar.
3. Select a list name (2) to open it.
   
   
4. Select one or more courses (3). Only courses with active licenses can be sent.
5. Click Deliver Courses (4) > choose license type if prompted.
   
   
    
6. Select Send to Integration (5) > choose eFront (6).
7. Click Deliver Courses (7) to complete.
   
   

A confirmation message will appear.

Note: You can also deliver a course directly from its course page.

Locate the imported courses in eFront

OpenSesame content is synchronized to eFront daily at 08:00 UTC (3–4 AM ET).

1. In eFront, sign in as the administrator and go to Courses (1).
   
   
2. The newly imported OpenSesame courses will appear at the top of the list (2).
3. If you want to fetch new courses immediately, click Add from OpenSesame (3).
   
   
4. Then Synchronize OpenSesame Courses (4).
   
   

Once imported, you can assign these courses to learners.
