After adding the TalentLibrary courses you want to your course list, you can also enroll users, edit the course properties, and add additional material.

How to enroll learners in TalentLibrary courses
- Sign in as the Administrator, go to Courses (1) and select the TalentLibrary course (2) you want to enroll users to.
- Go to the Users tab (3), find and enroll the learners by clicking Enroll Now (4).
How to edit TalentLibrary course properties
Before learners enter a course, they see a description and an introductory video that functions as a trailer. Each course consists of an interactive unit with fun animated videos and a short quiz to check the user’s knowledge.
As an administrator, access the course properties as follows:
- Sign in as the Administrator, go to Courses (1), and select the TalentLibrary course (2) you’d like to edit.
- Select the Properties tab (3) to access the course properties. These include the following:
- Edit the course name.
- Assign a category.
- Change the description.
- Change the course code.
- Add a course tag.
- Add the course to the course catalog.
- Set a course price.
- Set the course availability (in days).
- Specify a certificate.

How to share available material with Learners
TalentLibrary courses come with additional material that can be shared with learners. To preview and share the material follow the steps below.
- Sign in as the Administrator, go to Courses (1) and select the TalentLibrary course (2) you’re interested in.
- Select Add Content (3) and then Go to files (4).
- Here you will find all the available files currently in the course. All files, except for the SCORM file, can be shared with your learners. To do so, click the Shared slider (5) next to the additional material you want to share.
- Learners will find the shared files in the Course dashboard (6) and from Operations (7) they can preview and download those files.
Note: You can preview and download any additional file already included in the course, except the SCORM file, which can only be renamed and deleted but not copied or downloaded. Also, you cannot edit the existing content of the unit, but you can add more units to add more specific information about the topic unique to your company, state, or country. |
How to add additional material in TalentLibrary courses
- Sign in as the Administrator, go to Courses (1) and select the TalentLibrary course (2) you’d like to add additional material to.
- Select Add Content (3), then depending on which type of material you want to add, select Add Unit (4), Add test (5), Add survey (6), or Add assignment (7).
How to edit TalentLibrary course rules
Before you enroll learners in a course, it’s good first to check and make sure that the course rules meet your requirements. To access and edit the course rules, follow the steps below.
- Sign in as the Administrator, go to Courses (1) and select the TalentLibrary course (2).
- Select Course Rules (3).
- Here, you can set rules that define the course scores and completion status and enable/disable the Serial rule.
