To view solved skill gap tests and the skills analysis, follow the steps below

1. Sign in to your portal as an administrator.
2. Go to Skill-gap tests (1) and select Recently submitted (2).
   
   
   
   
    
3. In this page, you can see the list of learners that are assigned to a skill gap test and have completed, have failed, or still need to complete it. To see the learner's results, click on the View (3) icon under the Operations column. You will then be presented with two tabs:

   1. The Test results (4) tab: shows the skills analysis (Skills score) (5) for this specific user. The suggested course(s) that offers the missing skill, which can also be assigned to the learner manually (6).

      
      

      Note: You can set, in the skill-gap test settings, the 'Action for failed skills' option to 'Automatically assign course', the matching course will be assigned automatically when there is exactly one course that offers the missing skill. Otherwise you can assign suggested courses manually from the Test results tab, as described above.

   2. The Solved Skill-gap test (7) tab: shows the actual solved test and the learner's answers.
