How to enable TalentLibrary

To access TalentLibrary, reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager, who will provide you with more information and enable TalentLibrary for you. 

How to add courses one by one from TalentLibrary

After enabling TalentLibrary, you can add as many courses as you wish. 

1. Sign in as the main level Administrator and go to Courses (1).
2. Select Add from TalentLibrary (2).
3. Find the course that you want to add and select Get this course (3).
4. You now have added and have access to the selected course. You will find the course in your Courses list (4).

How to add TalentLibrary courses using Course Collections

You can also use course collections to quickly and easily find a group of TalentLibrary courses that you want to add to your course list.

Here’s how:

1. Sign in as the main level Administrator and go to Courses (1).
2. Select Add from TalentLibrary (2).
3. Click on the Filter icon (3) and select one of the available course collections (4).
4. Select Get this course (5) to add a specific course to your course list or Get all (6) to add all courses in the course collection to your course list.
5. You can add multiple course collections in the filter (7) to show you a combination of courses.
