How to see by which courses/curricula a template is used

To see which courses and/or curricula use a specific certificate, log in as administrator and click “Certificates” on your administration dashboard. 

From the list of all your certificate templates, click the title of the one (1) you want to check.

If this certificate template is used by any course or curriculum, the two following tabs will appear: Used by Courses (2) and Used by curriculums (3).

Click on each tab to see a list of all the courses and/or curricula that offer this certificate:

Note: If you haven't assigned a certificate template to any course or curriculum, neither the "Used by Courses" nor the “Used by Curricula” tabs will appear.
