To define which conditions a learner has to meet to see a curriculum “completed,” from your curriculum's dashboard, go to the Rules (1) tab.
In the "Completion Rules" section, at the bottom of the page, see the already added conditions, if any.
To set a new condition, click Add Condition (2).
In the pop-up window, when adding a new Condition (3), you will have to set the Relation with other conditions (4).
First, choose one of the conditions from the "Condition" drop-down menu (5).
The available options are:
- Completed all mandatory courses
- Completed specific courses
While "Completed all mandatory courses" will not require any sub-option, "Completed specific courses" will open a new field called “Courses” (6):
Choose one or more curriculum courses that the learner needs to complete in order to complete the curriculum.
Finally, click to expand the drop-down menu next to "Relation with other conditions"(7) and choose "And" or "Or.”
Click “Add” to confirm. Your new condition will appear in your list of completion rules, where you can edit (8) to update it or remove (9) it:
