Locations that have been previously created using the JWT integration need to be authorized and upgraded to the new integration.
Note: Zoom.us locations that have pending sessions cannot be upgraded. Pending sessions need to be removed or completed for the location upgrade to be possible. |
To upgrade your existing Zoom.us locations:
- Sign in to your eFront portal as the administrator.
- Go to Locations (1), then find and edit an already existing Zoom.us location (2).
- Select Upgrade the location (3) and then confirm the upgrade.
- After the upgrade is completed, make sure to set the appropriate settings for the associated account, conference type, and if it is associated with a specific branch or not.
- Select Update (4) when the location is ready.
After adding/upgrading the Zoom.us locations, you will find them available when creating a new session.
