Locations that have been previously created using the JWT integration, will need to be authorized and upgraded to the new integration, as described here. To do so follow the steps below.
Note: Zoom.us locations that have pending sessions cannot be upgraded. The future sessions that the location is currently used in need to be removed or completed in order for the upgrade to be possible. |
- Sign in to your eFront portal as the administrator.
- Go to Locations (1), then find and edit an already existing Zoom.us location (2).
- Select Upgrade the location (3) and then confirm the upgrade.
- After the upgrade is completed, make sure to set the appropriate settings for the associated account, conference type and if it is associated with a specific branch or not.
- Select Update (4) when the location is ready.
After adding/upgrading the Zoom.us locations, you will find them available when creating a new session.
