If you’ve performed the eFront Zoom integration as described here, you can remove the installed eFront app from your Zoom account.
Keep in mind that this will disable all locations using Zoom.us, and you will not be able to use them until an Administrator has authorized the eFront application in Zoom again.
To remove the eFront Zoom app:
- Go to Zoom Marketplace, sign in with your account, and go to Manage (1).
- Select Added Apps (2), then find and remove the eFront Zoom app (3).
Unusable locations
In case the administrator who created the location removes the eFront Zoom Application from their account, the location becomes unusable, since eFront is no longer able to perform actions to Zoom on behalf of the administrator. Generally, when Zoom tells eFront that it is not authorized to perform an action, eFront will mark the location unavailable (4).
In case a location becomes unavailable, a notification is sent to administrators in order to remediate the situation.
To make the location available again, you need to go to the location, perform the login with Zoom again (with the administrator that originally created the application or any other administrator), and then update the location in order for the changes to take effect as described here.
Note: eFront holds no personal data of the user. When the removal of the application takes place, we remove access tokens and the Zoom user ID from our service. However, in order not to disrupt existing meetings and/or webinars, we still retain the Zoom user ID of the Zoom user associated with the location the Administrator has created. |
