What is TalentCraft
TalentCraft is an interactive content creation tool. It’s designed to empower you to create high-quality content efficiently. With it, you can seamlessly create various types of content with advanced editing tools featuring a user-friendly, intuitive WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) design approach.
On top of that, TalentCraft has AI capabilities that allow you to create interactive content in minutes. Easily pair text content with images, videos, charts, flashcards, and much more.
With TalentCraft’s AI, you can maximize the potential of your training materials by transforming them into dynamic and engaging content. Last but not least, TalentCraft allows for a highly interactive training experience that your learners will love.
TalentCraft integration is only available in portals hosted by Epignosis, and it is not available in on-premises portals.
How can I activate the TalentCraft integration?
TalentCraft needs to be activated before you can add new units with it. To activate the integration, follow the steps below:
- Sign in as the Administrator and go to System settings (1).
- Select ‘Integrations’ (2) and then ‘TalentCraft’ (3).
- Activate the option ‘Enable TalentCraft’ (4).
Note: : By enabling and using the TalentCraft integration, you consent to sending data to OpenAI. You are strongly recommended not to use Personal Identifying Information (PII) data in the content you send to OpenAI. Moreover, AI results must always be reviewed by humans. More details can be found here. Also, keep in mind that the TalentCraft integration is available system-wide and that after creating your first TalentCraft unit, it cannot be disabled. |
How can I access TalentCraft?
After activating the TalentCraft integration, any user type with access rights to create a unit in a course will be able to add a TalentCraft unit after following the below steps:
- Sign in as the Administrator/Instructor and go to Courses/Manage Courses (1).
- Select the course you want to add the unit to (2).
- Select ‘Add Content’ (3) and then ‘Add TalentCraft unit’ (4).
