Once all Training Sessions are set up, the Trainer is ready to conduct the live training. Once the training is complete, the trainer would want to indicate which users have actually attended the training and complete the unit.
To mark user attendance
- Access the Blended course and click on the relevant session.
- Select View attendance (1).
- Change "Attended" status to Yes (2) for users who participated in the training session.
To complete the unit
This is done through the Users tab (1) in the course's details.
- Click on the progress (2) option for each user will bring up a pop-up with all course units along with training sessions.
- Mark the unit session as complete (3).
