How to reset the users' progress in a course

To reset a user's progress in a course, visit that course and navigate to the Users tab.

Check the user (or users) you want to reset her/his (their) progress in the course from the select column check box (1) and then click on the With selected option (2).

A pop-up window will appear with various options. In the Progress option (3) you will see the following:

  • Reset: this resets the progress of the user in the course
  • Reset and revoke a certificate: this again resets the progress of the user in the course but also revokes any certificate he might have in the course
