eFront lets you auto-generate random passwords for new and existing users.
Here's how:
1. Sign in to your eFront account as Administrator and go to Home > Users.
2. Click Add user (or click to edit an existing user and go to their Profile tab).
3. Click the Generate password (1) button next to the Password field.
A new random password (3) is generated automatically and added to the Password and Repeat password (2) fields.
4. Click Add (i.e., when adding a new user) or Update (i.e., when editing an existing user) to save your settings.
Note: If the User created notification is enabled and a new user is added, an automated notification is sent to the user with their username and password.
